If you have a question or concern related to your child’s team or activities, please follow the communication pathway below so we can address your inquiry as quickly and effectively as possible.
Contact your Coach or Team Manager first.
In most cases, they will be able to answer your question or resolve your concern directly.
Your Club's Executive.
If your coach or team manager cannot resolve the issue, they will escalate the matter to the executive of their club.
SCB Staff/Executive.
If your club's executive is unable to resolve the issue, it will then be brought to the attention of Soccer Cape Breton staff or executive members.
We kindly ask all members to follow this communication pathway whenever possible.
